  2. Reservation has to be made 24 hours prior to actual dining date. For notice less than 24 hours, please call preferred outlet directly. (kindly refer to store locator for outlet contact numbers)
  3. Confirmation of reservations will be made via phone-call from outlet.
  4. All special requests or preferences are noted but not guaranteed.
  5. For amendments or cancellation, please call preferred outlet directly.
  6. If no phone calls are made from outlet to confirm reservation, customer is to call preferred outlet directly. Otherwise, online reservation made is deem as unsuccessful.
  7. Success of reservation is dependable on individual outlets’ seating capacity.
  8. Reservations that do not follow the above terms and conditions will be considered unsuccessful.
